Disney Side Celebration

Alright, alright I have been away far too long from the blogging world!! I have been BUSY with preparing to move, getting my goofy goobers schooling in everyday and well just LIFE!

I forgot (I'm very sorry) to post all about our #DisneySide party we hosted!! Here's the low down on our ho-down...(did I really just say this?! haha)

So we were lucky to be chosen to host a #DisneySide Celebration party at home! We were send all kinds of amazing goodies for our guests and for us as well as hosts!  It was FUN! 

The luggage alone was SO amazing to get, I KNOW this bag will see many trips to Disney parks for sure!! Thank you American Tourister! 

We paired up our party with our daughters 4th birthday party to have one big party!  Donald and Daisy duck made an appearance as did many things Doc McStuffins!  The kids all had fun playing Disney Trivia, eating Disney themed foods and well... dressing up! 

Just another huge shout out THANK YOU and I hope all of you show your #DisneySide everyday in some way or another! 

HOLSTER pill clip

I was given the opportunity to review a new daily pill clip recently!  I was excited to get this because my dad is a diabetic and well takes a lot of pills everyday so I thought this would be perfect for him!

This review is going to be short and sweet and straight to the point... because well there isn't much to this device! It is what it is and that is all that it is! Ha

So here we go!

Sabi HOLSTER Grande Clip-On Pill Box is an extra large clip-and-go pill carrier with two spacious slide-to-access compartments with one secret compartment in the cap.

How do you use it? Its so easy let me tell you how!  You squeeze the bottom of the white tube (see blue release pegs) and pull the top of the blue sleeve out!  Add your pills to one or both of the chambers and then slide it back down!  Yeah that is it. I said it was easy right?! To get to the pills its the same instructions, squeeze and pull.

The top is the "secret" compartment.  Its a flip open compartment located on the very top of the blue tube.  This area to me is its ONE flaw.  Call me crazy but if I were to tell my dad, or any of you, to put your pills in it, attach it to your pocket and go about your day... and NOT tell you to be careful of this top area I would feel bad.  It opens really easy!   Now for some this is probably a good thing, if you don't have a lot of hand strength or need something ASAP it might be ok, BUT be prepared you may or may not loose this top pill if you wear this pill box on the outside of your pocket. So heads up there!

Otherwise its a pill box, it holds a fairly decent amount of daily pills.  I could see keeping this in a purse or diaper bag for a busy on the go mom, or in your pocket for the average person too!  It does its job.

Recently I was one of the lucky people to be chosen to host a #DisneySide @Home Celebration! What is it you ask?   Its a house party where you get to share your LOVE of all things Disney! The magic of Disney lives in us all, it starts at a very young age and grows as you grow up!   Do you remember the feeling you had the FIRST time you saw Disneyland or Walt Disney World?! So I will be sharing my party planning with you all, asking for opinions (because sometimes it helps to have them!) and sharing the MANY photos of all the stuff I get, people who come to the party and all the fun that will be had!

I am on a quest to bring you all reviews on products that may make things a bit safer in your house, not just for your children, but for you as well! Luckily I was given the chance to review a SlipX Solutions Extra Long Bath Mat and well, I jumped on that opportunity!!

Here it is in all its glory! I was seriously impressed when I opened the package and unrolled it! Its HUGE, and well I LOVE that!  

It measures 39"L x 16"W (so amazing right?!)

As you can see the size difference is significant!

Okay so here are my thoughts on this bath mat!

If you have multiple Goofy Goobers, like we do OR if you yourself have a slippery tub this is a must have! Why risk falling in the shower with the smaller bath mats or the bath sticker decals you can put in the tub, when something like this is available!

The SlipX Solutions Extra Long Bath Mat is made of allergen-free vinyl plus it is machine washable so you can get many years of use out of it, and keep it clean! (No gross dirty mat in your tub with this!)

I love all the suction cups it has, there are no curling edges or slipping areas because it didn't get a good suction to the tub surface, this mat STICKS!  The suction cups also feel like pebbles or raised bubbles on your feet which help in the non slip feature.   With our old ducky mat (in the photo) yes it was cute, but it was still a little slippery when you stood in the shower, and it was small so you had to stand on it or risk falling... well the tub is a big area my friends! Its hard to have everything in an arms reach at all times and sometimes you drop the soap! HA just kidding but you get my point!  

So on a scale of 1-10 (1 being do NOT buy and 10 being RUN and buy) I give this bath mat a 10!

I don't think anything is perfect by any means, it may have its issues, but after using this for as long as I have I love everything about it! I think it is a MUST have for not only baths with multiple minis, but also for your aging parents, grandparents and the like. 

Pros: Its HUGE, I mean you can clearly see the added length it has on the traditional mats.  It really feels slip resistant! It fills the entire tub bottom so you can feel safer getting in and out of the shower knowing you have a slip resistant mat to actually step on. 

Cons: None. I mean this is me being completely honest (isn't that the point of a review blog, to give honest opinions?!) I do not feel there is anything negative to comment on.

I want to take a minute to say I'm sorry for my lack of activity!  My Goofy Goobers and I have been busy getting ready for Christmas!  I am so anxious for them to open their gifts!
